USC Jimokes dominate UCLA managers for big victory

The USC Jimokes used a season of preparation and tuned-up chemistry to dominate the UCLA student managers.

In the annual contest between the USC and UCLA student managers, we got off to a hot start and didn’t look back in a 27-6 victory at USC’s practice field, Howard Jones Field.

Senior Jimoke Brent Cochran threw four touchdowns, one each to Eloy Ledesma, Eric Ziskin, Adam Kossoff, and Jarone Ashkenazi. The rest of the 12-men sqaud all had big parts in the football game and made large contributions on both offense and defense.

Brian Wagner sealed the victory with an athletic interception on the final play of the game. The interception clinched the second consecutive victory for the USC student managers.

The game was a huge success for everyone around the program. Many players and staffers came out to support the managers, including Taylor Mays, Shane Horton, and Michael Morgan. With all the support rooting for us, we weren’t going to let them down!

We hope the victory is a prequel to what will ocurr on Saturday. One more USC victory over the Bruins is just another thing to be thankful for!

Happy Thanksgiving and Fight On!
